（中央社台北23日電）準中國國民黨總統參選人洪秀柱今天表示，美國密蘇里州立東北大學教育碩士證書是真的，雖不符教育部一定時數規範，教育部不承認，卻代表她的終身學習精神。

她上午在立法院受訪說，她畢業後很快投入職場，很羨慕別人能出國念書，當立法委員後有機會有個寒、暑假學分班課程，就很欣然前往。
